My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The room offered a stunning view of the city and harbour, making it a real highlight. Although the service was courteous, there were moments of confusion which could be improved. The location was truly brilliant, surrounded by dining options and close to the ASB Theatre. One downside was that the room wasn't serviced during my stay, which left us running short on towels.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was remarkably friendly and went out of their way to help, I found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night. The facilities, including the lap pool and hot pool, were fantastic and well-maintained. However, the restaurant lacked some charm and the dining experience didn't meet my expectations. Overall, a decent stay with some standout features and a few areas that could use improvement.
