Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, as the rooms were spacious and featured beautiful bathrooms with great views. The staff were always ready to help, making it feel welcoming, though the dining options could use some improvement. The location was convenient for accessing various dining experiences, but the atmosphere felt a bit characterless. Overall, it was a good value for the money, especially considering the comfortable accommodations.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The room offered a stunning view of the city and harbour, making it a real highlight. Although the service was courteous, there were moments of confusion which could be improved. The location was truly brilliant, surrounded by dining options and close to the ASB Theatre. One downside was that the room wasn't serviced during my stay, which left us running short on towels.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was remarkably friendly and went out of their way to help, I found the noise from the street quite disruptive at night. The facilities, including the lap pool and hot pool, were fantastic and well-maintained. However, the restaurant lacked some charm and the dining experience didn't meet my expectations. Overall, a decent stay with some standout features and a few areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and had a stunning balcony, which I loved. The service was top-notch with the staff always being helpful and polite. However, I did find the dining options to be somewhat limited, and the location, while convenient to restaurants and the wharf, felt a bit lifeless. Nevertheless, the value for money was decent given the amenities.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant! The rooms were beautifully designed with a stunning view of the Waitemata harbor. The service had its ups and downs, as they did offer an upgrade, but there were some small issues that took too long to resolve. The location was excellent for dining options but felt a bit lacking in character. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but a little more attention to service details would make it even better.
